Plastic materials includes most regular material such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, acrylic, PS, nylon + GF, TPE/TPR, silicone, PEEK, PPS, POM and PVC.
Core and cavity materials of the molds includes P20, 718, NAK80, S136, SKD11, 1.2738, 1.2311, 718, or customized.
Tool base material is usually 1045, P20 or customized.
Hot-runner system of the mold is usually used with the brand of Yudo, Sino, Hasco, Incoe and LKM.
The injection gates are usually designed according to the parts requirement as side gates, submarine gates, pinpoint gates, sprue gates, tunnel gates and can be customized.
The date stamps (year and month), logo type or other letters or logo can be engraved.
Hardness treatment of the core and cavity is usually done through nitrogen vacuum quenching, Heat treated as required.
The mold parts are usually made according to the Standard of DME and Hasco.
Spare parts of the mold if required can be delivered together with the mold. The spare parts usually includes assemble limited switches in mold, eye bolts, springs, nipples, O-ring, hydraulic nipples and blank logo inserts, and any other parts as required.
Our engineer uses the design software of UG, SolidWorks, Pro-E, 3D Max, Auto CAD, etc.
Tooling processes include CNC milling, high-speed engraving, EDM, wire cutting, grinding, and drilling and assembling.
Tool life is depending on customer's requirement, usually from 100,000 - 1,000,000 shots for batch molds and 1000-5,000 shots for sample molds.
