1.Customer Particular Requirements Management
Though the drawings almost specify all the customer requirements, different customers still have different convention and tendency for spare parts during mold tuning.
ACE believes, systemically managing the tiny particular requirements will bring tremendous benefit to customers. As is our main focus in fulfilling customer-oriented culture.
2. Material Control
Material Certificated is strictly required during incoming control.
Heat Treatment is only performed by the original material producer.
Hardness Control: 1.Heat Treatment Report is submitted; 2. Each lot of treated material is tested and recorded.
3. Manufacturing Process and Technology Control
Based on drawing requirements, experienced engineers set up the manufacturing process for each drawing. Only after the manufacturing supervisor approves the process map, can the manufacture begin. Manufacturing supervisor previews each of drawing and interpret specific process for critical & rigorous dimensions.

4. Step-by-step Inspection and Continuous Improvement
Operators self inspect each part after each process.
Quality controller sampling the inspection result before the parts is sent to next process.
FQC conduct final inspection before parts are shipped.
Periodically review of production performance and effectiveness of corrective actions
Timely carrying out of customer feedback by documentation update.
Regularly training and improve of manufacturing skills and quality circle.
